Here is a list of ideal things which you could bring if you and your family will have a summer outing at Watercamp Resort.
• Dress children appropriately in swimsuits or wetsuits. If you are bringing an infant or toddler to a pool setting, make sure they are wearing a waterproof diaper.
• Lather your child with an SPF of 15 or higher before you leave home. Reapply every two hours or after it’s rinsed off by water or sweat. Babies 6 months and under should not wear sunscreen, so keep them out of direct sunlight.
• Outfit children with a hat and sunglasses for added sun protection.
• Wear shoes – there's a danger of scalding on hot sand or pavement and a risk of cuts from glass or shells in the sand.
• A towel will suffice for pool trips, but think about taking a big picnic blanket for trips to the lake or beach.
• Carry money for snacks, parking, lockers or entrance fees. Surf shops or drug stores carry floatable neck totes or "beach safes" to hold money, keys and cell phones.

Hmm...Feels like I'd like to go swimming with my friends and family this summer season. ;)

ReplyDeleteIt's important to plan even the stuff that you will bring. You will not just plan about the food, place or transportation, but also the stuff needed, too. We have to ensure that we don't miss anything as we go for an outing.
ReplyDeleteOne of my closest friends had an experience wherein she forgot to bring something that is really important. August last year, me and my friends went to Watercamp Resort for a simple get together. After the swimming, my friend went alone in the shower room to take. After she took a shower to dry herself off, she found out that she forgot her towel. What she did was she didn't use anything to dry off. She just get dressed even she's still wet. When she went back to the cottage, we thought she went swimming again with different clothes. But she told us her story and she was so irritated.
Even if you are not forgetful, you still need to plan everything that we need to bring so that you won't miss anything.
